The Focus Foundation is excited to present its 3rd annual Winter Ball, returning bigger and more spectacular than ever on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Brighton. This year’s event will transport guests into the glitz and glamour of Stage & Screen for an unforgettable evening. Guests can look forward to the thrilling grand finale of Sussex Superstars, judged by celebrity guests, as well as the eagerly awaited return of Symphonic Ibiza. Themed around iconic moments in film and theatre, the night promises captivating entertainment from beginning to end, ensuring an experience that enchants and delights.
Headlining the evening will be Symphonic Ibiza, set to close the night with an electrifying fusion of Ibiza’s best dance anthems, brought to life with a live DJ, vocalists, and a spectacular orchestra. In the grand finale of Sussex Superstars, local talent will take center stage before a distinguished panel of judges, including Dame Arlene Phillips, Lady Anita May, and Jacquie Brunjes, all returning to celebrate the creativity and passion of the performers.
Last year’s Winter Ball raised over £130,000, with funds directly benefiting charity partners and grassroots organizations dedicated to supporting underprivileged children, young adults, and individuals facing mental health challenges. Building on this success, the upcoming event will support five esteemed charity partners, which include Bramber Bakehouse, Dame Vera Lynn’s Children’s Charity, Esteem, FareShare Sussex & Surrey, and Team Domenica.
Guests can expect a truly memorable experience, with welcome drinks, a delectable three-course meal, and half a bottle of wine per person. A variety of fundraising activities will add to the excitement, along with a lineup of vibrant live entertainment throughout the evening.
