Join one of the UK’s favourite Classical Piano Trio’s for a warm and intimate concert in the historic Eartham House. The Stradivarius Piano Trio are Maria Marchant (Grand Piano), Andrew Bernardi (Stradivarius Violin) and Jonathan Few (Cello)
Festival of Chichester 2024 closing Classical Concert Stradivarius Piano Trio welcome you to hear Faure, Beethoven and Elgar with a glass of Nyetimber, and in the beautiful Luyten’s designed Eartham House, which inspired artist Romney, poet William Hayley and the sculptor Flaxman. Tonight is sponsored by Nyetimber and NFU Mutual Horsham and Chichester.
You will be enjoying movements from Faure’s “Piano Trio in D minor” Opus to mark the centenary of his passing. Beethoven’s “Spring Sonata Op.24” and “Archduke Trio Op.97”, and favourite tunes “Salut d’Amour”, “Chanson de Nuit” by Sir Edward Elgar.
